“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails.
Explore. Dream. Discover.”
Salt Meadow Academy offers consultative services both in-person and remotely. Salt Meadow Academy encourages nature-based and/or Reggio-inspired programs that offer an environment where the child’s natural desire to learn is stimulated through meaningful, appropriate and playful learning experiences; one that meets the needs of each child as an individual.
Salt Meadow Academy understands that young children are experiential learners who acquire information with all their senses. The more senses used in the learning process, the more information children retain. Active learning involves the use of physical movement and sensory experiences to promote growth across all developmental domains. Active learning promotes skills development and knowledge acquisition through exploration and discovery.
